From hiking the rugged and world-famous Cliffs of Moher to trekking to a shipwreck on the Aran Island of Inisheer... we really used our legs to explore and made the most of the beautiful and unusually sunny fall weather on the west coast of Ireland!
But we countered all that walking with long soaks in the Canadian barrel hot tub, deep stretch evening yoga classes in our glass front yoga shala, sipping local hot tea in our journaling workshop, strolls along the seashore and dips in the chilly rocky ocean.
There's nothing quite like boarding your very own yacht for a weeklong tour on the Adriatic Sea with a group of 28 or so friends (new + old)!
Our cruise started along the stunning waterfront town of Split and then we explored all of the most beautiful towns on the Dalmatian Coast of Croatia including Dubrovnik, Korčula and Hvar... as well as some lesser known areas such as the resort town of Makarska, the gleaming white stone village of Pučišća and our favorite family vineyard in Lumbarda.
We lead a group of 15 Americans on their first trip to North Africa. They enjoyed a stunning retreat venue nestled between bustling Marrakech and the Atlas Mountains. Gourmet meals, guided mountain village hikes, camel treks in the desert, local cooking classes, shopping in the markets, hearing the call to prayer during Ramadan - you name it, we experienced it!
You could say that we drank up every last drop of amazingness that these cultural and culinary activities can offer (most of which can only be had in Morocco).
Our retreat guests enjoyed a week at our modern Caribbean villa in the Dominican Republic. Our luxury private home had a nearby private beach club access, an on-site chef and plenty of lounge chairs around a crystal blue pool.
One day we explored a nearby Ecological Reserve and Park to swim in crystal clear cenotes and lagoons. Otherwise it was a week of yoga classes, meditations, spa visits and beach time! The private chef food was an absolute highlight for the group - from poke bowls, to fresh fish ceviche to Dominican breakfast specialties to amazing tropical fruit -- we were well fed!

We led back to back retreats in stunning Panama during the winter of 2023.
The Best of Panama Retreat (Jan 2023) included 3 nights in Panama City's magical Casco Viejo (or Old Town) neighborhood and 5 nights at our favorite remote coastal villa. Guests enjoyed several guided tours in the city and the coast - including visiting the Panama Canal with an expert local and hiking a waterfall on indigenous land on the western end of Panama!
The second retreat - Boutique Retreat to Remote Coastal Panama (Feb 2023) was 6 days in our idyllic paradise in the Chiriquí province. Far from any other tourists, our guest enjoyed exploring deserted islands by boat, snorkeling, surfing and more!
An amazing group of 14 guests enjoyed a once-in-a-lifetime adventure to Southeast Asia. We traveled right after rainy season, so we got the most lush version of Cambodia with lots of greenery and teeming with life. We were based in the breathtaking town of Siem Reap which is packed with ancient temples, lotus flowers and Buddhist monks.
Our long-term partners and local guide teams showed the group an incredible week of the highlights like Angkor Wat (the largest religious complex in the world and a UNESCO World Heritage site) and also more off-the-grid adventures like biking through local villages and being blessed by village monks at a local home with the whole neighborhood in attendance!
We also enjoyed a visit to a local market to shop and get ingredients for our local cooking class. We learned the secrets behind Cambodia's most popular dish - fish amok - a curry and coconut dish served over rice.
A group of 14 amazing guests ventured to the stunning coast of Morocco to enjoy camel rides on the beach and mesmerizing market visits.
Retreat guests enjoyed a state-of-the-art practice facility and modern farmhouse accommodations set on 10 acres, looking out over Liscannor Bay and rolling green hills and farmlands.
We were just a stones throw away from the world-famous Cliffs of Moher, creating a perfectly relaxing & nurturing environment.

We hosted back-to-back weeks at our favorite private eco-friendly guesthouse in a remote part of the South of France. Cool mornings were spent sipping coffee and enjoying mountain views while warm, sunny days were soaked up through bike rides, hikes and swims in the pool.

A small lucky group of travelers escaped winter and visited Mexcio's Pacific coast to explore the gem of Puerto Vallarta. Sunny days and clear skies were accented by perfect evening sunsets over the ocean.
Croatia is truly one of the Mediterranean's last unspoiled gems. With the food reminiscent of Italy's best and stunning island paradises akin to their other neighbor Greece -- it's the perfect combination for a once-in-a-lifetime vacation. Croatia boasts more than 1200 islands plus vineyards, ancient villages and world-class restaurants, so there's truly no place better to explore via a private yacht. Our guests enjoyed an incredible week of practicing in a floating yoga studio, swimming in crystal clear waters and hiking to breathtaking views.
Our retreat guests enjoyed a week at a beachfront coastal retreat center near Agadir in southern Morocco. Inventive vegetarian food, unlimited local loose leaf tea, daily yoga and journaling sessions helped everyone enjoy a healthy and restful vacation. We countered that with several adventures off site such as:
Puerto Vallarta offers ocean, mountain and river views as well as the charm of a classic Mexican village with some edge. Our retreat guests enjoyed our 3 level private villa decorated in a charming hacienda style in the ultra-hip "Zona Romantica" neighborhood.
Retreat guests enjoyed a week at a garden oasis eco-boutique hotel tucked away from the bustling streets of Siem Reap, but just minutes away from the markets and nightlife of Pub Street. In addition to twice daily yoga classes in our private, roof-top space we also immersed ourselves in the culture through many excursions including:
Retreat guests spent a week among rolling vineyards and fields of lavender with views of the Pyrenees mountains in the far southeastern corner of France.
This off-the-grid property relies on its own solar power, water source and much of the food is picked from the on-site garden. Every detail in the décor has been lovingly chosen + all the furniture is custom-built.
Retreat guests practiced in an ocean-front and open air yoga shala right on the white sandy beaches of unspoiled Tulum on the coast of the Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico. Waking in our casitas to the sunrise and taking a few steps in the sand to practice with the sound of the waves created a one-of-a-kind yoga retreat experience.
